* CMOS Schmitt trigger inputs with clock rate up to 25MHz @ cascade connection
* The constant current value of 8 outputs is set by a single external resistor
* Gradually 2.5ns delay of output, preventing instant current surge and output bouncing overstress
* Builtin power on reset(POR) circuit forces all the outputs off while power on
