vgreduce 縮減 VG 容量

vgreduce 為一個 LVM 相關指令,功能為從卷組VG (Volume Group)中移除一至多個物理卷 PV(Physical Volume)。

vgreduce需 superuser 才可執行，命令的語法如下：
vgextend [OPTIONS] VG_NAME PV_NAME1 [PV_NAME2 ...] .

其中〝VG_NAME〞的名稱，〝PV_NAME〞是物理卷的名稱。

vgreduce 命令的常用選項包括：

-a : 刪除所有空物理卷。
-l : 列出縮減卷組的詳細信息。
-y : 不提示確認。

例:

# vgreduce db_vg /dev/sda1 ←將 VG〝db_vg〞中移除 PV〝/dev/sda1〞
Removed "/dev/sda1" from volume group "db_vg"
